Blueberry Flax Smoothie

 

Our skin is our largest organ of elimination so what we put into our bodies can have a big impact on the health of our skin.

Smoothie tip: eat your smoothie as you would a soup - this gives your digestive system time to process the nutrients.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup of frozen berries

• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

• 1- 2 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice

• 1/2 frozen banana

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• Handful of leafy greens

 
 
 

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
