No Bake Peanut Butter Coconut Bites

 

These are super easy to make and a great snack to eat throughout the week.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients:

(Makes about 10-12)

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Handful of dark chocolate chips

 
 
 

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls and enjoy!
