Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce
This lemon herb tahini sauce is delicious, easy to make and super nutritious.
The herbs are packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories, and add a ton of flavour. Parsley and cilantro also help with detoxification and mint is commonly used for digestive distress. Tahini made from sesame seeds is a good source of highly absorbable calcium.
It’s great to have on hand and can be drizzled over steamed or roasted veggies, in your favourite bowl or used as a dip.
If you make it let me know, I’d love to see what you have it with.
